We deliver within 24 hours for most orders. Place your order before 8 PM for guaranteed next-day delivery. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon, though selection might be more limited than next-day options.

We offer morning delivery (8-11 AM) and evening delivery (4-7 PM) seven days a week. You can specify your preferred time slot during checkout, and we’ll confirm availability immediately. Morning delivery works perfectly for fresh breakfast ingredients or lunch prep, while evening delivery is ideal for dinner planning.

Yes, we deliver every day of the week including most major holidays. During festivals, we might adjust timing slightly but will communicate any changes through email and SMS well in advance.

Our delivery team can leave orders with building security, neighbors (with your permission), or in secure locations you specify. For high-value orders, we require someone to receive the delivery personally. You can also reschedule delivery for a more convenient time at no extra charge.

Payment and Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and UPI. Cash on delivery is available for orders under ₹2,000. We don’t accept checks or demand drafts.

Delivery is free for orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 have a ₹50 delivery charge. No other hidden fees or service charges are added to your bill.

Yes, all displayed prices include applicable taxes. No additional charges will be added during checkout except delivery fees for orders under ₹500.

Orders above ₹2,000 automatically receive a 5% discount. Regular customers with monthly orders above ₹5,000 can contact us for additional bulk pricing arrangements.

How do you ensure freshness during delivery?

We use specialized packaging designed for produce transport. Breathable bags for leafy greens maintain optimal moisture levels. Cushioned containers protect delicate fruits from bruising. Insulated boxes maintain temperature for sensitive items. Everything is packed just before delivery to maintain optimal freshness.

Contact us immediately if any items are damaged during delivery. We’ll send replacements the same day at no charge. Our packaging is designed to prevent damage, but if it happens, we take full responsibility.

Our selection team includes experienced produce handlers who use the same standards you would use yourself. They check for proper ripeness, freshness indicators, and absence of damage or deterioration. Each item is individually selected for your order.

Our packaging is designed to be minimal and environmentally friendly. Cardboard boxes are recyclable, and we use biodegradable materials wherever possible. We’re happy to collect and reuse boxes if you prefer not to dispose of them yourself.

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 6 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Contact our customer support or make changes through your online account. Cancellations within 6 hours might have limited refund options depending on preparation status.
